| 1.1> Commissions are for Personal use ONLY. Artwork may be used as profile pictures and/or banners, but may not be sold for profit. This also includes any form of NFT or AI training. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights. |
| 1.2> I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if it falls under a subject I will not do. |
| 1.3> I own all the rights to the work I deliver. Putting my work in any Artificial Intelligence (AI) is prohibited. |
| 1.4> I am allowed to post the resulting commission on my social media and website, unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my personal portfolio. |
| 1.5> Speedpaints will be attempted, but may not always be available for posting. Please understand that a speedpaint may not always record successfully and therefore might not be available, but a link will be provided when published to my Youtube channel. Term 1.4 also applies. |
| 1.6> Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to @NeonSigh or one of my social media accounts. |
| 1.7> Please provide visual references. Non-visual references will result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full or even roughly sketched references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. Having to translate writing into a visual drawing is extra labor. |
| 1.8> Fanart Commissions consisting of characters from any game, movie, series, or public media may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit. This does not apply to any Commissioner's personal characters. However, your final commission may be posted as a commission example. |
| 1.9> Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. If you do not cease in these behaviors upon request, I will not complete your commission, you will be refunded, and you will be blocked from commissioning me in the future. |
| = Payment = |
| 2.1> All commissions must be paid in full before I can begin ANY work. |
| 2.2> I use VGen to process my commission requests. This means payment will always be processed through Stripe via these websites. These are the only third parties I use for payment processing. Any other third party interaction will not be provided by me. |
| 2.3> Listed prices are a predicted base price. Please understand that a price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. |
| 2.4> A deadline may be requested. If it requires a shorter than usual timeline, an additional Rush Order fee may accrue, up to 25% of the total cost. All deadlines must be agreed upon in explicit writing. Only the Rush Order fee will be refunded upon a missed deadline. |
| 2.5> In the rare event I feel as though I cannot complete the commission, for any reason, I can give a partial refund depending on how much of the commission I have completed. (I will keep 50% of the cost at MOST). |
| 2.6> If for EMERGENCY reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying, but BEFORE I provide my final sketch update, I can give a partial refund. I will keep 5% of the total cost minimum. However, please do not commission me if you cannot afford it. |

| Process for Digital Illustration Commissions |
| >Upon Starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (lineart and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed. |
| >Once I receive final confirmation of the Final Sketch (NOT Lineart or Color), refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me. |
| >Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. You may request changes to the piece three (3) times. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make any further adjustments. |
| >Once the final Artwork is accepted, You will receive full resolution .png file(s) and a watermarked, low res version will be uploaded to my social media. No physical product will be delivered. |
| Process for Traditional Illustration Commissions |
| >Upon Starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (lineart and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed. |
| >Once I receive final confirmation of the Final Sketch (BEFORE Lineart or Color), refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me. |
| >Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. You may request changes to the piece three (3) times. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make any further adjustments. |
